Women’s Month Culmination of Barangay Macambol

Hallmark Mining Corporation supported the Women’s Month Culmination of Barangay Macambol held on March 23 and March 30, 2024, in Mati City, Davao Oriental, in celebration of women’s empowerment, unity, and cultural diversity.

The activity brought together women from all 26 barangays of Mati City, highlighting solidarity and collaboration in advancing gender equality. Members of the Women Federation of Macambol and Cabuaya played a vital role in the success of the celebration through their active participation and leadership.

A highlight of the event was the ethnic dance performance by Barangay Macambol, featuring 20 women performers in traditional attire provided by Hallmark Mining Corporation, showcasing the community’s rich cultural heritage. The culmination program on March 30 gathered around 200 women participants and featured the coronation of the “Dakilang Ginang ng Macambol 2024,” recognizing women who have made meaningful contributions to the community.
