HMC Joins GAD Livelihood Bazaar Expo in Davao City

Hallmark Mining Corporation took part in the Gender and Development (GAD) Livelihood Bazaar Expo held at the DENR-XI Triangle, Davao City on March 25–26, 2024, in support of women empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainable livelihood development.

The bazaar featured a diverse selection of handcrafted items, artisanal products, culinary offerings, and innovative creations produced by women entrepreneurs from mining communities across the Davao Region. Visitors engaged with vendors, explored locally made products, and gained deeper appreciation of the stories and skills behind each enterprise.

Beyond showcasing products, the activity served as a meaningful platform for women entrepreneurs to promote their talents, strengthen their economic participation, and expand opportunities for growth. It also reinforced the importance of collaboration among stakeholders in advancing gender equality and inclusive development within the mining sector and surrounding communities.

The GAD Livelihood Bazaar Expo was a resounding success, reflecting the shared commitment of participating organizations to empowerment and social responsibility.
