Women of Macambol & Cabuaya Trained in TESDA NC II Excavator Operations
Hallmark Mining Corporation continues to champion women’s empowerment through skills development with the successful completion of its Heavy Equipment (Hydraulic Excavator) TESDA NC II Training for Women. The trainees first completed and passed their Basic Driving Skills course, enabling them to secure their driver’s licenses—an essential step toward operating heavy machinery.
They then advanced to the Hydraulic Excavator Operation NC II training, where they once again demonstrated competence and determination, successfully passing all required assessments. The participants officially graduated on April 10, 2025, marking a significant milestone in expanding opportunities for women in nontraditional and high-skill fields.
The graduates are set to begin their On-the-Job Training (OJT) in December 2025, where they will apply their newly acquired skills and gain practical experience, further strengthening their readiness for future employment in the industry.
