Accomplishment Report for the month of June 2023

June 1-3, 2023

  • The National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) conducted its annual MOA compliance review last June 1-3, 2023 at Loiza’s Pavillion, Bukidnon which was supported by the company, The objective of this activity is to review last year's NCIP recommendation and direction resulting in the last February 22, 2022, MOA review.

  • In the Photo, Dr. Arvin L. Carlom, Gave his company updates on the Social Development projects implemented by the company CY 2022-2023.

June 15, 2023

  • The Company, Hallmark Mining Corporation donated 20,000 bamboo seedlings and propagules and 2,000 Fruit bearing trees the said activity was participated with Philippine Coast Guards, CENRO, City ENRO, DepEd, Womens, Philippine National Police (PNP), CPDO, trekkers, tribal Office and Peoples Organization. A total of 500 bamboo seedlings and propagules planted during the activity last June 15, 2023.

  • Also, the company donated One hundred thousand pesos (P100,00.00) in support to the celebration of the 2023 Citihood day of City LGU of Mati Last June 15, 2023.

June 16, 2023

  • Had a 3rd technical conference meeting with the illegal occupants within the CADT of Manday Tribe and MPSA of the Hallmark Mining Corporation. A total of 10 out of 35 recent/latest number of identified illegal occupants signed the Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) Stating that they will forcefully evacate the area (MPSA and CADT)
